The Cincinnati Regional Chamber’s Workforce Innovation Center has produced two reports with data from the Center for Research and Data, exploring Gen Z in Cincinnati through both college-educated and alternate career routes. Together, these reports examine the values, preferences, and challenges of those born between 1997 and 2012. As Gen Z enters the workforce, their expectations for flexibility, diversity, and clear growth opportunities are reshaping traditional workplace norms and redefining what it means to build an engaging, inclusive, and future-ready workplace in our region.<\/p>\n
